HOW LONG DOES A DETAILING SERVICE TAKE?

 

  • SERVICE TIMES VARY DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE SELECTED, BUT MOST DETAILS TAKE BETWEEN 2 TO 4 HOURS.

DO I NEED TO REMOVE PERSONAL ITEMS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

 

  • YES. PLEASE REMOVE ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS BEFORE YOUR VEHICLE IS DROPPED OFF TO ENSURE A COMPLETE AND EFFICIENT CLEANING.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICES?

  • AT THIS TIME, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP AT OUR HANOVER LOCATION.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

  • YES WE OFFER GIFT CARDS. CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION. 

 

 

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DETAILING SERVICE?

  • PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED IN CASH OR E-TRANSFER AND IS DUE UPON PICKUP AND INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE. DEBIT AND CREDIT AVAILABLE SOON.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

 

  • MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

 

 

IS MY VEHICLE PROTECTED WHILE BEING DETAILED?

  • YES, INFINITY SHINE AUTO DETAILING IS FULLY INSURED, SO YOUR VEHICLE IS COVERED WHILE IN OUR CARE.

 

 

DO YOU USE SAFE CLEANING PRODUCTS?

  • YES, WE ONLY USE PROFESSIONAL-GRADE, VEHICLE-SAFE PRODUCTS TO CLEAN, PROTECT, AND PRESERVE YOUR VEHICLE’S INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.
